2. Hannah gave me one this weekend and I can't wait to grab my pen and put it to use.

3. I've become addicted, but they warn me when I have had too much to eat by making my tongue go numb.

5. Getting pedicures on my toes, toes.

6. Going to Disneyland with my best friend on a lovely Sunday afternoon.

7. Getting secret admirer notes. (sad though, I know it's not from who I want it to be.)

Today

started off alright. I woke up around 3:20 a.m. and couldn't go back to sleep until 5:30!

I re-woke up at 9 to get ready for chapel. Which I found delightful today.

Shortly after chapel I started getting in a weird mood. Which is no bueno, but I got over it.

After lunch I modeled for Alexis, I was reminded again that I am not a model...I can't make any serious faces.

I don't have class until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesdays and that lasts until 5:00p.m. Total bust.

Then went to dinner with some lovely friends of mine in the caf.

Can't really complain.

it fits right in! I have been searching high and low for a trunk like this for I don't even know how long, but they have always been SO DANG EXPENSIVE. This one right here that I found at a lil place called Flamingos was only $39. It is truly lovely.

Friday night recap

4-6pm: Had a little roomie talk with Val. I love these, we get so much off our chest about school, family, boys, friends and just life in general.

6:30-10pm: Surprise party for the beautiful Amber for her big 21! We went to Miguels restaurant at Dos Lagos. Soooo much fun! She was oblivious even when she came to our table, she didn't realize we were all there for her...all 30 of us haha.

After the party I was planning on going to the parents house, but plans changed...

10:30-1:30: Me, Kolin, Val, and Joseph went to see Avatar. Finally. And in 3-D. Man oh man was this a great movie. I was exhausted, so for three minutes (yes, three minutes to be exact) I fell asleep but I just couldn't bare missing the movie!

On the way back to school there was so much fog, Val and I felt like we were in a horror movie, the boys weren't impressed. But hey, that's usually the case.

Thanks for a fun Friday night everyone. Now off to go thrifting with my girls!

Can I just tell you one thing...?

I am so joyful right now.

My friends are amazing. So amazing in fact that they cry when I cry, laugh when I laugh, get easily excited just like me and I saved the best for last, they love when I love.

They even wake me up at 4 in the morning ;)

Oh and I don't know who makes these shoes, but I could easily see myself investing in a pair.

As if a potluck wasn't enough, we had to come back and snack on some cookie dough. I love how mine and Danny's friendship is based on food. All day. Every day.

Tonight

I had a few visitors. Which was indeed a perfect ending to a pleasant day.

First, two of my sister came (Aubre and Myka). We sat in my apartment and watched Friends for a good hour...I forget how much I miss that show until it's on.

We became hungry so we fixed that by going to the caf.

That's when I got another visitor...BECKO! Best friend, oh how I have missed you.

Lastly, Val my roommate is actually here tonight, we had so much to catch up on...we plan on going on a bike ride this weekend to the Mission Inn. I can not wait! (if only I can steal back my bike from Kolin) (I WILL succeed.)

Now: Becky is asleep in my bed while I entertain the blogger world.

New Year, New likes, New fun, New New New!!

First off HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone! Can you believe it's 2010? Holy toledo!

One of the first questions brought to me by my lovely friend Hannah was "What do you think will happen to you in the next 10 years?"

And by golly I think I've realized what I WANT, not necessarily need, but here are the top 10:

Graduate from California Baptist University and start my masters.

Land a sweet design job that I will absolutely ADORE.

Go on an adventure alone. (frightening yet thrilling at the same time!)

Find a Church that feels like home and get extremely involved with the youth.

Learn how to cook divine meals.

Buy myself a beautiful husky like this angelic one.

Find myself a lovely place to lay my head down at night.

Get Married to a wonderful man to embark on many adventures.
